The Information and Public Relations Minister S.Chandramohan Reddy speaking to presspersons stated that after the great success of Godavari Pushakarams, the State Cabinet on Tuesday allotted a Sum of Rs.276.5 crores for the coming Krishna Purshkarams.

He also discussed the arrangements that are being made for the success of the Purshkarams.

What is the use? Arrangements by that expenditure did not satisfy people. They gave more publicity for pushkaram. More people came for pushkaram and faced problems.

Why did politicians spend so much for pushkarams? Corrupt officers, politicians and contractors were benefited lot by that.
