After the heavy rains that swept the North Coastal Andhra, floods and heavy rains are now in Tirupati.

The first and major problem in flood situations is that the tanks and lakes overflow. Unfortunately, not much was done (and is done) by the local self government, pachayathis or the municipalities.

I rather feel that they are failing to protect their territories well. What do you say?
