Is there any VOIP service provider in Visakhapatnam/India to make calls to USA ??

I would like to know myself. In fact, to my knowledge, no such VOIP facility is available the other way too (free calls fom US to India). What you can do, if you have some relative in US, is to ask them buy VOIP service from Vonage or SUN rocket and ship it you. Then logically you become a user in US. All your calls to USA will be local interstate calls in US which are free under VOIP. The service will cost you like $17/month from Sun-rocket. However, you cannot use that phone to make local calls in India.
