i am very sorry, it is on wrong info from others, however i just don't bother who is what caste etc. my main contention is it is not caste , creed. region etc but it is attitudes.

the people living in kostha districts thinking that they are highly forward and all is just nothing but bullshit, they are really living in a just caste ridden, feudal setup. in most of the towns, villages no one even can open their mouth against a local MLA or even a panchayat member. For example. inviziawada since how many years the set up is going between radha, ranga, nehru etc.

and these people say that they are very well advanced the advancement comes from individuality and freedom. when u don't have these two why the people are living. In some villages in UA older people openly say that english(thella doralu) people are far better than our politicians(nalla doralu)
because they used to understand what people feel or say. our great politicians always have two words Kal moktha and khandisthanna. (courtesy: Kota sreenivasarao words in Gayam)

UAs advancement in individuality and freedom is mot today's vizag has given its citizen as first independent MP in 1947, vizag has elected BJP as its first mayor NSNreddy when it is made corporation almost some 30 odd years back. It has even elected Manam anjaneyulu a local lawyer as MLA on CPI ticket, recently the district also elected one MLA on BSP ticket. In fact i can say UA is a torch bearer for the state and a testing ground or a launching pad for new political outfits.
