Will they decentralise city centric capitalism and start new capital investments in rural areas while they are more interested in feeding Hyderabad as white elephant? Distribution of finance capital to rural areas will be possible only if Hyderabad loses it's importance by separation of Telangana from AP.

No problem whether Telanaga is formed ,or hyderabad is made union territory or some other thing. Our leaders need to come out of "CAPITAL CENTRIC" development. Until they comeout of this thinking we cannot invest or develop anyother place.

If andhra is formed again we need to have "CAPITAL" for this state too. And if leaders have the same old thinking["CAPITAL CENTRIC" development] then eventhough smaller states are formed or some other thing happens u cannot develop ur area.

Chief ministers and ministers earned costly properties in Hyderabad. If finance capital (vanijya pettubadi) is decentralised, those ministers have to loose values of their properties earned in Hyderabad. So, they don't want to decentralise finance capital.
