Why do Andhraites migrate to Telangana?

Even Telangana workers migrate to coastal Andhra because they don't get enough wages in drought hit Telangana.

Except Hyd, no andhraite will settle in Telangana. (very few andhraites settled in T'area as T'pople settled in Andhra area).Since Hyd is capital they were attracted. So many T's are settled in Bangalore, Mumbai. What does that mean?
If hyd is not an issue, Andhra people never say objection for seperate Telanaga as the remaining places are utter waste places.
