It was reported by Congress media through their paper sakshi. Please look at the first posting in this topic.
This supposed corridor that they are suggesting would be suitable for some stretches of land between HYD and Kodad(Mostly Telangana)
As you go beyond kodad most of what you see is fertile agricultural Land. There might be some pockets that could support small scale agri based/food processing industries but not for something Major like, petro-chem, power or heavy industries.

food prices have quadrupled over last year and supplies are getting low all over the world. We have to uplift/modernize whatever farm sector we are left with. It takes more than providing free power or fake promises. What will a small farmer owning 2 acres land achive with limited knowledge and resources. It needs formation of large public/private cooperatives functioning efficiently to plan the growth in this sector benefiting the members and overall economy. I can't happen overnight but it can definitely happen if all the political parties work hand in hand and ruling parties picking up where previous governments left.

Having said that It would be definitely foolish to destroy agricultural lands in the name of industrial SEZs using up thousands of acres causing heavy pollution and depleting our food producing capacity. We have enough waste lands to setup these industries in our State.
