The problem to my knowledge is in the Indian judiciary system. The lack of enough number of courts and speedy trials are hindering the progress in cases. As such, the criminals are making use of the fact "innocent unless proven guilty." Almost all politicians are accused of something or the other. And it will take forever for the courts to decided whether they are guilty or not. In the meantime, they will come to power and change evidences etc.

what about corruption in judiciary.. judges normally gives conveniant dates to corrupt to change evidence

We will have no hope if Judiciary is also corrupt like politics. The only hope for people of the country is that they can get justice in courts against the atrocities of the politicians.

What an innocent man u r. Since last 65 years lawers are called as liers in this country. Recent case of a CBI judge taking 10cr from Gali& Co must be an eye opener to all who thinks judiciary delivers justice to ordinary people
