What change did he try to bring? He brought more than 50 thousand crores loan from world bank and and spent more money for unnecessary things like hi tech city, fly overs etc. Why didn't he complete single pending irrigation project with that money? In Andhra Pradesh majority of people live in villages. Some villages are not connected with proper roads. He did not develop rural roads and wasted more money on fly overs.

Didn't he bring International Fame to A.P?Especially Hyderabad.B4 CBN Hyderabad was not in the map of World.I agree that he neglected some Rural Areas. But why the hell do u say that he wasted money on flyovers?
Flyovers are one medium to reduce Traffic Congestions. Also he was the person here and NDA in the Centre to initiate NHDP (National Highways Development Project) to start Express Highways. As ajithpam said he was the man who wanted to have a DEVELOPED A.P (SWARNANDHRAPRADESH)!

All rural areas were worsely neglected in CBNs rule. People who eat, drink and sleep in cities dont know about it.
In India rich people become more rich and poor people become more poor. Because our politicians are following pro capitalistic policies.

every body i this country talks about rural areas and villages. no body want to live in villages and do agriculture. In villages if every thing goes well they are heros, if some thing goes wrong it is the mistake of the government. stop this crocadile tears on rural development and village side love. first of all agriculture should be declared as industry and ofr natureal calamities how government can take responsibility, is it also applied for industries will these pseudo loyalists of rural areas hail it. CBN has tried his best to do some thing for AP, but his followers, MLAs, Ministers have totally spoiled the state and some also misused the caste card, these are the the main reason for his defeat.

I studied MSc in Andhra university but still living in village. Pusapatirega is located near NH5. So it is developed. Many interior villages in AP are not developed.
