Well said. Raise people entering jobs instead of doing business means grabbing the opportunities of poor people.
In India rich people become more rich and poor people become more poor. Because our politicians are following pro capitalistic policies.

Supreme court said that reservations should not exceed 50%. Already our state government is giving 46% reservations. It is not possible to give reservations to kapus.

For how many castes can they give reservations? From long time kapus are making this unfeasable demand.

It is not sarcastic. I'm asking is that not enough representation for one community. That is my point.

Regarding portifolios it is dependent on individual's capacity. Just an example : Did you ever think why YSR has given a ministry in guntur district for a Kapu. There are only two kapus from guntur district. Everybody knows that guntur district is dominated by Kammas. Kanna won 5 or 6 consecutive times. He deserves that. There is no second thought about that. If we say YSR should appoint a kapu minister from East godavari it doesn't make any sense. Basically we are trying to divide the entire state by caste/region/religion/sub-castes/ and in what ever possible way we can. Is that good to see everything in caste point of view ?

You seems like a doctor. Are the patients coming to your hospital are all kapus ?

In the same way portifolios too. Who ever is the minister he will serve to everybody.

Chowdhary garu,

Iam sorry to sidetrack these Discusssions but if kammas who constitue
only 5-6% of the state population can have 28 MLA seats... iam not
countinig the MP's

And Reddys who consititue 10-12% of the state population have
90 elected representatives in Assembly and Parliament

Dont you think this is over representation????They yield too much power for their size...

According to your logic the rich and powerful whoever have the means to Contest elections or have economic benefits should do so at the expense of Other communities ???? like BC and SC...

Brother this is a Democracy and we have a constituion which exactly stops this kind of Mechanism from being followed...

We cannot apply Capitalistis Ideas to Social and Political Issues..

Coming back to the Kapu's i agree the communites golden days are behind it....

We cannot say they are Socially backward like other BC's Even the Munnuru kapus dont look Backward by any means... even though they are a BC....

When it comes to Social Idecies they would be as good as any kamma or Reddy so it would be difficult to classifgy them as a BC staright away because one of the criteria is Socail Backwardness which does not apply to Kapu's...

Its only that they are Econaomiacally Backward... and the govenrment
needs to either have a Economically Backward Class Section or give Scholarships to this community if it has to settle this issue...
